Getting Back Up When You're Down

Ok so I'm gonna be real here. Busy season has snuck it's way around the corner and into my life. I haven't gone to yoga in a week and half, have been eating like crap, and I feel and see the difference. It's crazy what a week and half of falling off the health radar can do to you mentally and physically. I have a lack of energy and strength and I don't like it. But you know what, it happens. I'm not gonna beat myself up for it. The negative self talk isn't going to do anything but make it less likely that I'll do something about it. The right thing to do is learn from it. And I have! It's time to get back into my feel good routine and I'm excited =) As a side note: Last year my friend Agnes got me a book called "Adulting: How to become a grown-up in 468 easy (ish) Steps". I thought to myself, psshht I don't need this, I already run my own business so I am an adult. WRONG. That thought itself was childish. Lol I started to read this book yesterday and it's sooo full of practice life tips...which...all adults know about....and now I'm hooked on it. I wanna know more!! Lol. One thing that struck me the most was, no one is around to do things for you, so if you want something done, YOU need to do it, and NOW. Because if not now, then when? That's pure gold my friends =)
