Kecia and Riley's Ravine Vineyard Estate Winery wedding in Niagara-on-the-Lake was a total dream! The bright blue skies and perfect weather made for an amazing day. As a wedding photographer in Niagara, I couldn't have asked for a better backdrop for this beautiful celebration. Riley started things off right with some lawn games and a few drinks to get the party started. Meanwhile, Kecia spent some bonus quality time with their son Slater, as well as with friends and family before settling into the makeup chair and relaxing/meditating her way through it all. This is the kind of authentic moments documentary Wedding photographers live to capture!
One of the most special moments of the day was Kecia and Riley's first look with their son Slater and their pup Ryder! It was emotional and heartwarming to see the whole family together. Capturing these genuine, unposed wedding pictures is what makes storytelling wedding photography in Ontario so rewarding.
The ceremony was just as heartfelt and special, with a few giggles thrown in as Slater had some hilarious timing with his babbling. But one of my absolute favorite moments was Kecia's dance with her son! It was so sweet and touching to watch!
Throughout the day, Riley made sure to connect with his grandma multiple times, which was so nice to see and I was obsessed with documenting those moments! And at sunset, we had a blast playing around with some biodegradable confetti from Confetti Farm. These are the little details that a documentary wedding photographer focuses on to tell the full story.

But let's talk about the dance floor - it was a total riot! I didn't want the party to end with everyone partying it up so hard and being so silly.
